As a visitor, you can explore publicly available prompts without logging in. However, to save, publish, follow creators, or purchase subscriptions, we require an account so your actions can be securely identified and saved.

Your Content Remains Yours: When you publish prompts on Promptifex, you retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to your content. By publishing, you grant Promptifex a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your prompts on our platform.

We Do Not Train AI Models on Your Prompts: Promptifex does not use your published prompts, personal prompts, or any user-generated content to train artificial intelligence models. Your creative work is yours alone.

License Terms: When you sell prompt packs, buyers receive a license to use the prompts for their personal or commercial purposes as specified in the pack description. You define the terms of use for your paid content.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. However, we may share limited data with trusted third parties who help us operate Promptifex, such as:

• Payment processors (e.g., Stripe) for handling secure transactions
• Analytics services (e.g., Firebase, Google Analytics) to improve app performance
• Email services for sending account notifications or newsletters
• Hosting and security providers ensuring uptime and protection against misuse
• Content delivery networks (CDNs) for fast, global access to prompts and images

All third parties process data under strict confidentiality and in accordance with GDPR and other applicable privacy laws.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active or as required by law. You may request deletion of your account and data anytime by contacting support@amdose.com.

Data Portability: Creators can export their prompt library, analytics, and transaction history in a machine-readable format (JSON/CSV) at any time from their account settings.

Security Measures: We use encryption, firewalls, secure HTTPS connections, and other technical safeguards to protect your data. However, no system is entirely immune from security risks, so we encourage you to use strong passwords and enable device-level security.

Promptifex operates globally, and your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States and European Union. We ensure that all international transfers comply with GDPR and use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms to protect your data.

Promptifex is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete that information immediately.
